Of course, this is only a useful solution when you are someone who can ingest dairy without it being a problem.

For people who are lactose intolerant or do not consume animal byproducts, there are a ton of other options. Broccoli is a great source of calcium, though you might want to make sure you eat it raw to get the full effect. Orange juice can also be a great substitute for a glass of milk. Start your day with a full glass of orange juice and you will get both the calcium your body needs and an extra boost of other essentials like Vitamin C.
